As we expand, we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to take ownership of our tech stack, enhancing the platform’s performance, scalability, and user experience.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and Flutter to manage and improve our web and mobile applications. You will work on building scalable, SEO-optimized solutions for dynamic route pages and lead backend development to ensure smooth integration across all services. This role involves working on the entire development lifecycle, from concept and design through to deployment, testing, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Lead Development of Frontend & Backend:
•    Use Next.js to build and maintain a high-performance, SEO-friendly website with dynamic route pages.
•    Develop and optimize the Node.js backend, handling API integrations, data flow, and user management.
•    Work on Flutter for ongoing mobile app development, ensuring seamless functionality and design across i OS and Android.
•    Implement Dynamic Page Generation:
•    Develop scalable, dynamic content structures in Next.js to handle route and location pages for North America.
•    Integrate schema markup, canonical tags, and SEO best practices for each page to improve visibility in search engines.
•    Real-Time Chat and Notifications:
•    Use Firebase FCM to handle in-app notifications and real-time chat, ensuring smooth and reliable messaging between drivers and riders.
•    Optimize Performance and Scalability:
•    Utilize caching, lazy loading, and code-splitting to improve performance on high-traffic pages.
•    Implement scalable backend solutions for handling dynamic content and data-intensive tasks.
•    Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
•    Work closely with the marketing team to align web and app development with SEO and content strategies.
•    Coordinate with product and design teams to ensure user-friendly experiences across platforms.
•    Mentor Junior Developers: Guide and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
•    Experience: 5+ years of full stack development experience, with a focus on Next.js and Node.js. Proficiency in Flutter for mobile app development.
•    Skills:
•    Expert in Next.js (dynamic routing, SSR, SSG, ISR) and React components.
•    Strong knowledge of Node.js with experience in API integration, data flow, and server-side processing.
•    Proficient in Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development.
•    Familiarity with Firebase FCM for in-app notifications and chat.
•    Knowledge of SEO best practices, schema markup, and canonical tagging.
•    Tools: Git for version control, experience with databases (e.g., Mongo DB, Postgre SQL, or Firebase Firestore).
•    Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable, high-quality products.
