Job Overview Positions Available: 4 Location: Hyderabad Job Description As a Bench Sales Recruiter, your responsibilities will include selling bench consultants by sourcing, qualifying, scheduling interviews, negotiating rates, and closing deals. You will: Search for suitable requirements for bench consultants via job portals, networking groups, and contacts. Submit consultant profiles for relevant positions and maintain communication with vendors regarding rates and interview schedules. Share job requirements with consultants, ensuring they’re comfortable before submitting their resumes to recruiters. Work on marketing bench consultants to potential clients. Engage with Tier 1 vendors and cultivate new vendor relationships. Manage the entire sales cycle, from submitting consultants and negotiating the best rates to scheduling interviews and finalizing placements. Have experience working with C2 C hiring, including US citizens, Green Card holders, H1 B visa holders, EAD, and OPT candidates. Utilize job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked In, and other networking techniques to gather requirements for consultants. Be prepared to work night shifts. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in US Bench Sales. Strong communication skills in English (both oral and written). Proficient in using job portals (Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech Fetch, Linked In) and other networking tools to market consultants. Familiar with marketing bench consultants and placing them primarily on C2 C contracts. Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in interviewing candidates and assessing their skill sets. Ability to market consultants’ resumes across various skill sets. Willingness to work night shifts.
