Job Title: Accounts and Finance Associate
Location: Andheri, Mumbai

What You'll Be Up To:
Mastering the Books : Keep our financial records organized, managing accounts payable, receivables, and everything in between.
Crunching Numbers : Support monthly closings, analyze financial reports, and dive into tax compliance.
Forecasting Genius : Help us keep the cash flowing You’ll monitor and forecast cash flow, so we’re always ready for what’s next.
Audit Rockstar : Prepare documentation for audits and ensure we’re compliant with GST and other statutory requirements.
Cross-Team Connector : Be the go-to person for finance-related queries across Swabhav and manage client invoicing with our CA and CS teams.
Back-Office Support : Jump into administrative tasks and help maintain a smooth, organized workspace. From coordinating documentation to supporting back-office functions, you'll be a versatile resource for the team.
You'll be a great fit if you are/have:
Degree in Accounting/Finance (Bachelor’s or Master’s) – and a head for numbers
Experience : 2-4 years in an accounting or finance role.
Skill Set : Proficiency in Tally, advanced Excel, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Mindset : A proactive learner who’s eager to explore new areas, solve problems, and communicate effectively with teams.
