HR Intern- Talent Acquisition

ULOOK is building the future of RF-intelligence. Our founders have worked across NASA-supported missions and global satellite programs, and we’re now building India’s next leap in space-based situational awareness. This is deep-tech, high-stakes engineering, built in Bengaluru. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our early-stage team and support the foundations of our people function. This internship offers hands-on exposure to how deep-tech teams are built, From identifying the right talent to shaping a smooth candidate and onboarding experience. You will work closely with the founders and hiring team, assist in screening candidates, coordinate interviews, and help create a positive experience for new joiners. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, and eager to learn how HR works inside a fast-moving startup in the space and defence-tech domain. Conduct first-level screening calls for candidates and assist in shortlisting. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups. Introduce candidates to the company’s mission, culture, and values during initial conversations. Support simple employee engagement initiatives such as feedback check-ins and event support. Graduate or postgraduate student (preferably pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or related field). Strong written and spoken communication skills. Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar). Exposure to or interest in technical hiring (engineering, R&D). Familiarity with ATS tools is a plus. Direct exposure to founders and senior team members. Real, hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
