Sales & Client Service Delivery Service is calling all clients to understand the demand and staffing they need Day-to-day Sales Operations Perform the daily sales activities, including calls to candidates and clients to book the day-to-day shifts for the nurses. Ensure excellent customer service and alignment between sales and client service delivery. KPI Support Delivery Perform the sales activities, like hours booked and call numbers. Operations Management Usage of ICG Medical’s processes and systems for effective sales management. Building Relationships with Stakeholders Excellent verbal and writing skills are a must. Candidate must be a graduate. Candidates with a minimum of 1 Year of International Voice Process/International Customer Service or Sales experience The candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
