Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Kannada-speaking Caller to manage outbound and inbound communication with beneficiaries, donors, and partners. You will be the voice of ImpactGuru for all Kannada-speaking customers and ensure they receive timely, empathetic, and accurate information.Key Responsibilities- Communicate with beneficiaries and donors in Kannada for follow-ups, verification, and support.- Explain fundraising processes, documentation requirements, and campaign details in a simple and clear manner.- Handle inbound queries from Karnataka-based users and resolve concerns effectively.- Assist patients and families with onboarding, campaign updates, and donation assistance.- Maintain accurate logs of all interactions in CRM and follow internal processes.- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Medical, Donor Support) for escalations.- Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and maintain service quality.- Build trust and maintain a compassionate tone with patients and families.Requirements- Fluency in Kannada (native proficiency preferred).- Good communication skills in English or Hindi.- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, NGO operations, or healthcare calling preferred.- Strong listening skills and an empathetic mindset when dealing with patients.- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage).- Ability to handle high-volume calling and work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications- 0–3 years of calling/customer service experience.- Experience in healthcare, crowdfunding, or social impact organizations is a plus.
