We are looking for a dynamic TA specialist who is passionate about finding the right talent to meet the business requirements. Source potential candidates through online channels and job boards, such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com other professional networks and our Applicant Tracking System Screen sourced profiles and conduct telephonic interviews to shortlist Build talent pipeline and maintain recruitment database Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders Lead the campus recruitment drives to hire interns and Management Trainees Experience working in talent acquisition Bachelors / MBA degree in human resources management or similar field Experience in government consulting / development sector preferred Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates Equity, Diversity & Inclusion - Palladium is committed to embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into everything we do.
