Job Summary:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) - Electronics & Sales, you will embark on an exciting career path that combines technical expertise with sales acumen. Your role will involve supporting the sales team in technical discussions, product demonstrations, and customer engagements across the country. You will be instrumental in converting technical leads into successful sales while gaining hands-on experience in both electronics engineering and sales.


Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of electronics and electrical engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and convey them to non-technical audiences.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in conducting product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential customers.
  • Provide technical support during customer inquiries and help in converting leads into orders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions.
  • Participate in sales meetings, customer visits, and industry events across the country.
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation and reports for customers and internal teams.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of the latest products, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Engage with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
