The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be responsible for the delivery of the items assigned to you with quality and should interact with cross functional team and resolve the problem. You should excel in working with global stakeholders and have outstanding communication and leadership skills and report to the Project Manager.

What You'll Do
The candidate will be responsible for verification of On-Prem software solutions, main responsibilities will be to focus on functional and automation testing.
Who You Are?
The candidate will be responsible for verification of medical equipment’s, working experience on medical device testing will be an added advantage.
Key duties and responsibilities:
System/Subsystem/Software Testing: Perform comprehensive testing of systems, subsystems, and software with a focus on the healthcare domain, leveraging over 5 years of experience in the field and Create and maintain test cases and test scripts for functional, regression testing.
• Experience in working with Electronics hardware and understanding on communication protocols.
• Healthcare domain knowledge with the experience of working on medical equipment’s testing.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure software meets user requirements and is delivered on time. • Responsible for Defect management which includes raising new defects, defect analysis and follow up to the closure of the defect.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, review, and retrospective & Understand business goals and specifications thoroughly.
• Good communication and interaction skills & Previous experience from company in MedTech or similar industry.
• Test Case and Script Management: Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts for functional and regression testing, ensuring thorough coverage and reliability of test scenarios.
• Electronics Hardware and Communication Protocols: Work with electronics hardware and possess a strong understanding of communication protocols relevant to medical equipment.
• Medical Equipment Testing: Utilize healthcare domain knowledge to conduct rigorous testing of medical equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that software meets user requirements and is delivered within the stipulated timeline.
• Defect Management: Manage the entire defect lifecycle, including raising new defects, performing defect analysis, and following up to ensure timely closure.
Agile Methodologies: Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interaction skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
