We have a strong focus on the Contact Center market. Sample Saa S products built using our APIs include voice bots/assistants, Real-time Agent Assist/AI-Copilots, Speech analytics of sales and customer service calls and Zoom/MS Teams meetings.

About the Role
As a Product Release Manager , you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing product releases. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment processes and clear communication with both internal teams and external customers.
What You’ll Do
For our releases we use Jira , Git Lab , Google Cloud , and Kubernetes.
Plan and Manage Releases :
Develop and maintain release schedules.
Coordinate with engineering, product, and QA teams to align on timelines and requirements.
Understand Release Components :
Analyze and understand the changes, components, and interdependencies involved in each release.
Work with technical teams to identify potential risks or conflicts.
Deliver Release Notes :
Prepare clear, customer-friendly release notes that outline updates and features.
Communicate release updates to internal stakeholders and external customers effectively.
Collaborate Across Teams :
Work closely with both front-end and back-end teams to manage dependencies.
Ensure everyone is informed about release progress and any potential risks.
Oversee Deployment :
Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Git Lab and Kubernetes in a Google Cloud environment.
Monitor releases post-deployment and address any issues promptly.
Process Improvement :
Continuously refine release processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : At least 4 years in release management or a related role, preferably in a Saa S company.
Technical Skills :
Proficient with release environment built on Jira , Git Lab , Google Cloud , and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with API-driven platforms, React-based front-end, Java+python back-end, speech recognition, LLMs is a plus.
Analytical Skills :
Strong ability to understand the changes, components, and their interdependencies within each release.
Capable of assessing risks and identifying conflicts proactively.
Soft Skills :
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for customer-facing updates.
