Mission

To design, build, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using ReactJS and React Native respectively. You will be instrumental in creating seamless, user-focused interfaces across platforms, ensuring high-quality performance and scalability for both web and mobile ecosystems.

Outcomes


Full-Stack Front-End Development:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Build cross-platform mobile applications with React Native for iOS and Android.
  • Create responsive and reusable UI components that ensure a seamless user experience across web and mobile platforms.


State Management:

  • Implement efficient state management solutions using libraries like Redux, Zustand, or MobX.
  • Optimize state handling strategies for both web and mobile applications to enhance performance and maintainability.


Performance Optimization:

  • Optimize application performance using lazy loading, code splitting, and context management for web and mobile.
  • Leverage caching and native APIs to improve mobile app responsiveness and load times.


Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with back-end engineers, designers, and product teams to align on requirements and ensure feature consistency across platforms.
  • Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high coding standards.


Competencies
  • Strong experience with ReactJS, React Native, and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in web performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, server-side rendering).
  • Expertise in mobile-specific optimization techniques and familiarity with native modules in React Native.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and user experience best practices.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
