The ideal experience in hotel design and execution candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Set project timeline Monitor project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them End-to-end management of Brownfield/Greenfield civil construction projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery. Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and develop project scopes, BOQs and budgets. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors. Monitor progress as per timelines, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Ensure adherence to safety standards and environmental regulations during construction. Review technical ID/Civil drawings, resolve site-level challenges, and ensure quality control at each stage. Manage procurement coordination and certification of civil/ID work bills. Prepare MIS reports and project updates for senior management review. Desired Skills and Competencies: Strong technical knowledge in Architectural/Interior coordination, civil engineering and construction practices Proven experience in hotel brownfield/Greenfield Projects /commercial Familiar with local building byelaws, NBC, and statutory clearance processes Proficient in project management tools like MS Project/Primavera, Auto CAD Good negotiation, vendor management, and leadership skills Strong analytical and communication abilities Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
