Role: ServiceNow Senior Developer Skill: ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM Experience: 6+ Years Location: Pune / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Delhi, PAN India Technical Competency 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience (required) ServiceNow System Administrator certification (required) ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (preferred) Experience creating ServiceNow update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances into production. Applicants should be willing to support global product deployments, working across different time zones. Intermediate knowledge of Javascript, HTML and CSS Experience with ServiceNow APIs, web services/plugins of enterprise software systems Knowledge of SLA configuration and remediation Experience in creating reports and dashboards. Integration experience (SOAP, REST, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports). Experience in Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the management of users, groups, and roles, CMS Development, ACLs, business rules, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalog items Orchestration and Discovery experience is a plus. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously, efficiently and within a pre-determined time frame Displays a sense of ownership and exhibits flexibility, resilience, and resourcefulness. Strong knowledge of ITSM tools
