The Yellow Dwelling is an all-natural and contemporary home furnishing brand, that brings contemporary soft furnishing products in natural material to modern and conscious Indian homes. The collection includes curtains, blinds, cushion covers, bedding, dining and fabrics which are tastefully designed and unique in its textures and finishes. One of our key USP is customization where we offer customization in dimension, header style, light block lining and finishing for curtains and blinds. We are expanding our Expert Home Service to Mumbai , providing customers with personalized home decor solutions. We are looking for a proactive and driven On-Field Sales Executive to spearhead this initiative and engage directly with potential customers. 

Job Description: 

The On-Field Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in launching and growing the Expert Home Service in Mumbai. This role involves meeting customers at their homes, understanding their needs, and providing tailored home furnishing – curtains, blinds, cushions and dining linen solutions. The executive will also be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and promoting The Yellow Dwelling’s offerings. 

Key Responsibilities: 

· Conduct on-field visits to customer homes for consultations and product demonstrations based on leads given by company

· Understand customer preferences and provide personalized decor recommendations. 

· Showcase and sell The Yellow Dwelling’s products and services to achieve sales targets. 

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. 

· Coordinate with the backend team to ensure smooth execution of customer orders. 

· Identify new leads and opportunities to grow the customer base in Mumbai. 

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales performance. 

Requirements: 

· 1-3 years of experience in on-field sales, preferably in home decor, furnishings, or related industries. 

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively. 

· Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. 

· Familiarity with Mumbai’s geography and willingness to travel extensively within the city. 

· A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
