Requirements Summary - 10–12+ years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies, with at least 3–5 years in a senior creative leadership role. - Strong portfolio demonstrating award-winning, innovative campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media. - Proven experience in team management, mentorship, and conducting performance reviews/appraisals. - Expertise in creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Gen AI, etc.) with an eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency. - Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and commercial impact.
