We are currently hiring for Group Product Manager/Marketing Manager for Soframycin franchise based at our C orporate office Andheri (East), Mumbai .

Encube is an integrated pharmaceutical company dedicated to topical formulations with 25+ years of experience in contract development and manufacturing. Our manufacturing facility in Madkaim - Goa, India is the largest single-site topical manufacturing facility in the world, dedicated to prescription and OTC pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic semisolid dosage forms. Encube’s R&D Centre in Mumbai, India houses a team of 150+ scientists working for the formulation development of topical products.

For generations, Soframycin has been a trusted solution for healing cuts, wounds and skin infections across consumers endorsed by healthcare professionals, recommended by Pharmacist/chemist over last 53+ years.

Job profile :

Annual Marketing :

  • Creating a business plan for the portfolio
  • Developing tactical plan to support implementing strategy
  • Accountable for successful and timely execution of agreed activities on creating and publishing a marketing dashboard.

Strategic Marketing :

  • Assessment of opportunities in Antiseptic and adjacent categories
  • Developing hypothesis on options to tap those opportunities
  • Assessing the validity of the hypothesis on developmental as well as consumer relevance front with market research
  • Executing the final agreed strategic plan for the category thru cross-functional coordination and external vendor management.
  • Monitor market changes, trade challenges, competitive brands communications and product development activities to actively share key findings internally

Stakeholder Management :

Lead all brand & product management analysis, planning & execution for the brand, including product development, creative and promotions

Qualification :

Must be an MBA in Marketing from a reputed institution

Work Experience :

  1. Must have 8-12 years of experience in managing an OTC in antiseptic / OTC/ wellness / brand competitive category
  • Must have experience in independently managing a brand or a category for at least 3-5 years
  • Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in Sales & distribution structure will be preferred.
  • Knowledge of the category and commercial operation will be an advantage.
