Ph. D. is mandatory with a minimum of 55% in Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline.ANDb. Minimum 2 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journalsc. Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable :i) Ph. D. preferred with 2 years of experience.ii) The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph. D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency.Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph. D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and a patent filed.Pay Scales: As per UGC guidelines; but will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
