In this role, the candidate will oversee investment strategies, evaluate real estate opportunities, and monitor the performance of assets under management. Responsibilities include market research, financial modeling, due diligence, risk assessment, and implementing asset optimization initiatives. The Senior Manager will also foster client relationships, support decision-making processes, and ensure alignment with the company’s financial and operational objectives.QualificationsExcellent skills in Investment Strategies, Financial Modeling, and Risk AssessmentExperience in Market Research, Asset Evaluation, and Resource OptimizationProficiency in Management of Real Estate Portfolios, Budgeting, and ForecastingInterpersonal skills for Client Relationship Management and Team CollaborationStrong analytical, communication, and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in the use of technology and data analytics tools in asset managementBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field10+ years of experience in investments or asset management, preferably in real estateProfessional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are a plus
