Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic  Sr Level, Leasing with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, specializing in luxurious office spaces. The ideal candidate will lead the leasing and sales division, overseeing the entire leasing process, from prospecting high-net-worth clients to closing high-value leases. The candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, and establishing relationships with top-tier corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership : Lead and manage the leasing and sales division for luxury office spaces, setting ambitious targets, strategies, and KPIs to ensure revenue growth and market dominance.
  • Sales Target Achievement : Develop and execute strategies to drive leasing activities, ensuring high occupancy rates and achieving sales targets for luxurious office spaces.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in large corporations, multinational companies, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Business Development : Identify and secure new business opportunities in the premium office space sector, with a focus on corporate tenants, financial institutions, law firms, tech companies, and other high-value clients.
  • Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify current trends, competitive offerings, and pricing strategies. Use insights to refine sales strategies and adjust offerings based on market demand.
  • Leasing Negotiations : Lead and manage negotiations, ensuring favorable lease terms for the company while maintaining long-term relationships with tenants. Guide clients through the leasing process from inquiry to contract finalization.
  • Team Management : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Provide training, guidance, and support to junior sales staff to help them achieve individual and team goals.
  • Brand Representation : Position the company as a premium brand in the market by delivering exceptional service, showcasing luxurious office spaces, and ensuring clients have an excellent leasing experience.
  • Reporting & Analytics : Provide regular reports on leasing progress, sales metrics, and market performance to senior management. Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Relationship Building : Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience, including pre-leasing and post-leasing services.
  • Networking & Industry Events : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the brand and develop new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is a plus.
  • Experience : 10+ years of experience in leasing, sales, and business development within the commercial real estate sector, with a focus on luxury office spaces.
  • Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in leasing high-end office spaces to corporate clients and achieving revenue growth targets in a competitive market.
  • Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of leading and taking initiatives.
  • Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, particularly luxury office spaces, and experience working with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Negotiation Expertise : Excellent negotiation skills with a proven ability to close complex leasing deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Relationship Management : Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with high-value clients and stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present high-quality proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze market data, sales performance, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies effectively.
  • Tech Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), leasing management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
