About the Role:
Are you passionate about crafting user-centered, innovative design solutions in the fintech space? If you have experience in designing products that solve real-world problems and excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, we want you on our team as a Senior Product Designer This role is pivotal in shaping intuitive and functional fintech products with a strong focus on UI/UX, Figma , and HTML/CSS. You will lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the UI/UX design efforts for fintech products, ensuring intuitive and visually appealing designs.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Develop and maintain design systems for consistency across platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate data-driven feedback into design iterations.
Build responsive, accessible user interfaces, focusing on mobile-first design principles.
Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity during the implementation process, leveraging knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Stay current with fintech industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
6+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech or financial services.
Expertise in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs.
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers.
Experience designing responsive, accessible interfaces across devices.
Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, and mobile-first principles.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with conducting user research and usability testing to drive design improvements.
Familiarity with fintech products is a plus.
Good to Have:
Experience in developing design systems.
Familiarity with front-end development workflows and tools.
Understanding of the fintech landscape and related user experience challenges.
Experience working in Agile teams.
