Competencies:
Experience on Configuration and customization of App Dynamics solution
Ability to manage and deliver complete App Dynamics deployments in complex customer environments in quick timelines
Hardcore experience of creating custom configuration and alerting in App Dynamics deployments ensuring end-to-end tool functionality
Expertise in triage and root cause analysis (RCAs) of issues with collection and analysis of performance metrics as-required to diagnose complex system problems in a timely manner
Ability to integrate App Dynamics with various supported ITSM, CI/CD and QA/Performance Testing tools
Ability to create custom dashboards from the App Dynamics tool based on customer requirements
