Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta Business & Google PPC Expert)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced  Digital Marketing Specialist with advanced expertise in  Meta Business (Facebook/Instagram Ads) and  Google PPC . The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms like  Shopify and  WooCommerce , as well as hands-on experience with CMS management to make websites sales-ready. This role requires proficiency in  email marketing ,  WhatsApp marketing , and other sales channels. The ideal candidate will excel at creating high-converting ad creatives, providing content strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meta Business & Google PPC Expertise:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google PPC campaigns.
  • Analyze ad performance and implement strategies to improve ROAS and conversion rates.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize lead generation and eCommerce sales.
  1. eCommerce & CMS Management:
  • Work with  Shopify and  WooCommerce platforms to ensure seamless integration for sales funnels.
  • Optimize websites for conversions using CMS tools and coordination with developers, ensuring a high level of user experience (UX) and sales readiness.
  1. Sales Channels & Automation:
  • Develop and execute strategies for  email marketing ,  WhatsApp marketing , and  SMS campaigns .
  • Implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  1. Ad Creatives & Communication:
  • Provide strategic content ideas and collaborate with copywriters and designers to create high-impact ad creatives.
  • Ensure all creatives align with brand messaging and are optimized for target audiences.
  1. Content Strategy & Collaboration:
  • Develop content strategies that support digital marketing efforts and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging campaigns across multiple channels.
  1. AI & Prompt Engineering:
  • Utilize AI tools like  ChatGPT to generate content ideas, assist with ad copy, and enhance automation workflows.
  • Demonstrate high-level proficiency in  prompt engineering to optimize content and ad outputs using AI tools.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in  digital marketing with a focus on  Meta Business and  Google PPC .
  • Strong working knowledge of  Shopify ,  WooCommerce , and CMS tools.
  • Hands-on experience in  email marketing ,  WhatsApp marketing , and integrating multiple sales channels.
  • Expertise in  ad creative strategy , working with cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters).
  • High proficiency in using  AI tools like ChatGPT and expertise in  prompt engineering .
  • Analytical mindset with strong abilities to interpret data and optimize for performance.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools like  Mailchimp ,  Klaviyo , etc.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in  Google Ads and  Facebook Blueprint .
  • Experience with  conversion rate optimization (CRO) .
