About Us GEMPARA is a Jaipur manufacturer with U.S. fulfillment. Modern-classic color-gem & moissanite capsules (MSRP $109–$229), barcoded SKUs, clean QC, quick reorders. What You’ll Do (Independent) Pitch your existing US/UK boutique & showroom buyers; open doors fast. Run outreach (email/LinkedIn/calls), book Zooms, close POs, drive reorders. Coordinate U.S. sample kits (dispatch/returns) and keep CRM tidy. Who Should Apply You already sell jewelry/fashion to US/UK boutiques or online jewelers. You can list 10+ buyer contacts (store/buyer + city/state). Strong English; comfortable with US/UK time windows. Commission & Terms (no fixed pay) 12–15% on paid invoices (evergreen) • 18% on first orders from new doors (first 60 days). Spiffs: +$100 per new door over target; +$50 add-on band upsell. Territory protection after 3 producing doors or $7.5k in 60 days. Samples: shipped from U.S.; refundable deposit/consignment per policy . Payout: within 5 biz days of our receipt of customer
