Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at Unboxed Research Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing and Execution : Oversee the processing of all web-based and third-party eCommerce sales orders.
- Order Fulfilment and Dispatch Coordination : Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment by coordinating with fulfilment partners and logistics teams. Monitor order dispatch to meet SLA requirements, proactively addressing any fulfilment or shipping delays.
- Coordination with Third-Party eCommerce Partners : Work closely with external eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Nykaa etc) to ensure accurate product listings, stock levels, and timely order fulfilment. Address any issues related to product availability, stockouts, or pricing discrepancies.
- Stock and Inventory Management : Collaborate with third-party partners and warehousing agencies to monitor and manage inventory levels. Ensure stock data is accurately reflected in all sales systems and external platforms to prevent stockouts or discrepancies.
- Pricing and Promotions : Monitor pricing accuracy across all channels, ensuring promotions, discounts, and pricing schemes are implemented correctly and communicated to the relevant teams. Resolve any pricing discrepancies and ensure alignment across systems.
- SLAs and Performance Monitoring : Track and report on performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for order processing, fulfillment, and delivery. Identify and resolve any deviations from SLA targets and provide reports to leadership to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Reporting and MIS Creation : Generate regular reports and MIS dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as:
- Sales performance by channel (website and third-party platforms).
- Order fulfilment rates and SLA adherence.
- Inventory levels, stockouts, and backorder reports.
- Customer query resolution times and issue trends.
- Pricing accuracy and promotional campaign performance.
- Analyse trends in these reports and provide actionable insights to the sales and operations teams for optimization.
- Sales and Inventory Analytics : Analyse sales data and inventory trends to provide forecasts and recommendations for stock replenishment, sales strategies, and potential stock adjustments. Generate ad-hoc reports as needed to support business decisions.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service, and fulfilment) to ensure smooth order execution and timely issue resolution. Support marketing and sales teams with data-driven insights to improve sales strategies and promotional efforts.
- Process Improvement and Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvements in order processing, reporting, and SLA management. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in in any discipline
Experience : 2+ years of experience in sales operations, reporting, or data analysis. Experience in eCommerce, order management, or logistics is highly preferred.
