As we expand our operations, we are seeking skilled and motivated Fitout Projects Regional Manager to lead our projects all over Bangalore Region.
Responsibilities
As a Fitout Regional Manager at My Genie, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of all the fitout projects running in Bangalore Region, simultaneously your responsibilities will include:
Project Planning and Coordination : Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and coordinate resources to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Team Management : Build a team of up to 2-3 supervisors and provide guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
Client Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Quality Control : Implement and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address challenges that may arise during the construction process, finding effective and timely solutions.
Safety Compliance : Enforce and promote a culture of safety on-site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations.
Required Experience and Qualification:
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in fitout construction or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in the retail space.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Problem-Solving : Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems efficiently and collaboratively.
Organizational Skills : Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with Bill of Quantities, Drawings, construction management software and tools, along with a solid understanding of construction techniques and materials.
Willingness to travel : The job may require you to travel extensively across India for oversight of projects if required.
