We work directly with thousands of smallholder farmers under strong ICS systems, ensuring quality, transparency, and traceability. We are now looking for a high-caliber Green Coffee Procurement Manager who can lead our procurement operations with excellence in negotiation, deep field connection, and strategic supplier partnerships. Role Overview The Green Coffee Procurement Manager will be responsible for: ✔ End-to-end procurement of green coffee from farmer groups, associations & large plantions  ✔ Strong price negotiation with suppliers while ensuring fairness and sustainability ✔ Coordinating with agronomists & field inspectors ✔ Building long-term relationships with farmers and plantations ✔ Monitoring quality, field drying, hulling, transport & warehouse standards ✔ Managing procurement budgets, volumes, season planning & shipment readiness
