Role Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Softieons, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will be instrumental in scaling our digital presence and creating impactful, data-driven marketing strategies.  


Responsibilities: 

- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media analytics.

- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging assets and optimize content for SEO.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, optimize strategies, and suggest improvements.

- Manage and optimize budget allocations for digital campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

- Enhance user engagement and brand awareness through innovative and targeted digital campaigns.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.

- Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a data-driven approach to marketing.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.
