. As the HR Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits administration
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in compliance with labor laws and organizational objectives.
  • Define and promote the organization's vision, mission, and core values across all levels.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and ensure alignment with company values.
  • Develop programs to enhance employee well-being, resilience, and productivity.
  • Utilize HR technology and tools to optimize processes and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Ensure seamless management of employee life cycle events (hiring, development, promotions, and exits).
  • Design and execute employee engagement strategies to foster job satisfaction and retention.
  • Regularly assess and improve engagement through surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Build and sustain programs that recognize and reward employee contributions.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the HR team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance HR strategies.
  • Oversee the design and execution of training and development programs to build leadership and technical capabilities.
  • Create succession planning frameworks and talent pipelines to ensure business continuity.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations and the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Data-Driven Approach: A data-driven mindset and the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
