Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hairdresser located in Hyderabad. We are hiring for Creative Director, Art Director and Style Director roles. The Hairdresser will provide professional hair care services, including hair cutting, styling, and treatment. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their preferences, recommending hair care or styling routines, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation. The role also involves ensuring exceptional customer experiences through excellent customer service and focus on client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Cutting, and Hair Care techniques Knowledge of Cosmetology practices and trends Strong Customer Service skills to ensure an exceptional client experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site salon environment Relevant certifications or training in Cosmetology or Hairdressing Experience in the hair and beauty industry is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
