About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day execution across our beauty brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational responsibilities, managing vendors, and keeping projects running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard vendors for packaging, printing, and production Coordinate packaging development, sampling, timelines, and quality checks Maintain and organise product catalogues, brand assets, and documentation Support brand partnerships, cross-collaborations, and influencer coordination Keep project trackers up to date and ensure smooth internal workflows Assist with operational tasks needed across ongoing client projects Who You Are Extremely organised with strong attention to detail Strong communicator and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders Proactive, dependable, and enthusiastic about beauty and branding Able to handle fast-paced execution with accountability Requirements Based in Mumbai & able to work from office Experience in marketing, coordination, or operations is a plus Please email your CV to with the job title in the subject
