Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Team Performance:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of telecallers or inside sales representatives to consistently achieve targets.
Monitor individual and team performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment that encourages excellence and collaboration.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize lead conversion and consultation bookings.
Collaborate with senior management to align team objectives with organizational goals.
Ensure high-quality client interactions and a seamless experience from initial contact to consultation.
3. Reporting & Analysis:
Track team metrics, prepare performance reports, and present actionable insights to management.
Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancing team efficiency.
4. Training & Development:
Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members and keep them updated on products and services.
Provide constructive feedback to individuals to help them achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking For: Experience:  Minimum 3 years in a team leadership role, preferably in telesales, customer service, or inside sales.
Leadership Skills:  Strong ability to manage, motivate, and elevate a diverse team.
Sales Acumen:  Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Communication:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Tech Proficiency:  Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and performance tracking systems.
Problem-Solving:  A proactive approach to resolving challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
Dynamic Personality:  High energy, confidence, and a passion for driving results.
