Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant at MBS Group India in Noida. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for facilitating sales, providing exceptional customer service, and offering training in real estate and sales techniques.
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing New Leads, Clients and Customers..
Provide guidance and assist clients in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Negotiate deals to closure .
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Should be Responsible for doing Site Activity.
Qualifications
Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is a Must (3 - 6 Years Mandatory).
Real Estate Sales and Sales skills
Customer Service skills
Training in Real Estate and Sales techniques
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
