The ideal candidate will bring over 18 years of experience in IT services, with a proven track record of managing large-scale delivery operations and driving excellence in managed services engagements. # ; Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large delivery teams of 250+ professionals across onsite/offshore models. Oversee end-to-end delivery of managed services programs, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Drive operational excellence through ITIL frameworks and L1/L2/L3 support taxonomy. Collaborate with global banking clients to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Implement governance models and continuous improvement strategies across engagements. Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. ✅ Required Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of experience in the BFSI domain, with exposure to US/European banking clients. Proven leadership in managing large teams (250+), including distributed delivery models. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ITIL processes and L1/L2/L3 support structures. Demonstrated success in managing SLA/KPI-driven service delivery programs. Background in mid-tier or tier 1 IT services organizations. # ; Preferred Skills: Strategic thinking with a client-centric approach. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive transformation and automation initiatives. PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
