Ability to multi-taskMinimum 1 year of Experience (Preferably).Responsibilities:Work closely with the Proctor, faculty, and administration to address student issues.Assist in developing strategies for improving student conduct and discipline.Monitor student behavior and enforce rules and regulations.Address any incidents of misconduct and report to the Proctor or higher authorities.Supervise examinations to prevent cheating and ensure academic honesty.Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere within the campus.Provide guidance and support to students regarding behavioral expectations.Mediate disputes between students when necessary.Keep clear communication with students about rules and consequences.Inform parents/guardians about significant disciplinary issues as needed.Maintain accurate records of disciplinary actions and incidents.Prepare reports for meetings and discussions regarding student conduct.
