Job Description:
As a digital marketing executive at Aspire Fertility Center, you will be responsible for assisting in managing digital marketing to increase our online presence through social media and drive traffic to our website. If you have a passion for digital marketing, possess good communication and analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you'll be a perfect match for our team. Your Role & Key Tasks:
- Manage and implement digital marketing strategies by utilizing different digital mediums and setting measurable KPIs across key channels
- Collaborate with other teams (like content, CRM, and customer service) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns execution
- Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
- Execute the social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management. Work with the team to manage PPC campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads and Meta.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic. Basic website management.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and manage CRM
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.
- Manage Digital Marketing agency by checking on all their deliverables, analyse their performance based on the reports & serve as a single POC for the marketing agency
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
- 2 Years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Search Console.
- Knowledge in marketing tools – Email marketing, Search, Meta Business Manager
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language
