Ltd.)Designation: General Manager - Customer Experience ManagementExperience: 12 years to 17 yearsEducation: B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering)Key Responsibilities:- Act as the Customer Experience advocate. Drive Customer Centricity across Business.- Ensure the Customer Experience is measured and improved according to the Business priorities.- Define and follow-up the improvement action plan and priorities with the Business stakeholders.- Ensure that Customer dissatisfactions are solved quickly and effectively through containment, correction and preventive actions.- Use digital and data analytics to measure and improve customer experience.Functional Competencies:1. Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in Quality / Design / Customer facing functions ( and / or )2. Expert in quality tools / analytical tools.3. High level of Data analytics and Digital skill.
