We need a hungry, high-energy SDR (2-3 years experience) who lives and breathes sales. This is a rare chance to be an early sales hire at a fast-growing AI startup with strong product-market fit. Cold outreach that actually converts Building pipeline in international markets Execute aggressive outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Book qualified demos with enterprise decision-makers (VP Sales, Head of CX, CTO) Target accounts in Dubai, Singapore, and US markets Sales Development Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects Partner with senior sales to accelerate deals Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene and follow-up sequences Market Intelligence Research target accounts and identify key stakeholders 2-3 years SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS (AI/automation experience is gold) ~ International selling experience — US market required; Dubai/Singapore a big plus ~ Excellent English communication — written and verbal, can engage C-level executives ~ Experience at a post-PMF startup Familiarity with voice AI, contact center, or automation solutions Experience with modern sales tools (Outreach, Apollo, Sales Navigator) Performance-based travel opportunities - high performers who successfully bring in customers will travel to Dubai, Singapore, and US markets Work with a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and go-to-market professionals Competitive compensation with equity participation Flexible hybrid work environment Learning & development budget for conferences and courses Bangalore, India (Hybrid - 3 days in office) Travel International travel to target markets for high performers who successfully acquire customers
