Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist with a strong focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Financial Regulatory Reporting to join our team in Gurgaon. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and reliability of ESG and financial regulatory reports through meticulous quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ESG frameworks and financial regulations, coupled with strong analytical and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement QA processes and frameworks for ESG and financial regulatory reporting.
Review and validate ESG data and financial reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ESG analysts, finance professionals, and IT, to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies.
Monitor changes in ESG reporting standards and financial regulations to ensure compliance.
Conduct risk assessments and quality audits to mitigate potential reporting errors.
Prepare and maintain documentation of QA processes, methodologies, and findings.
Provide training and guidance to team members on QA best practices and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in QA, ESG reporting, or financial regulatory reporting.
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) and financial regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Experience with automation tools for data validation and reporting.
Certification in ESG or financial compliance-related fields.
Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems such as SAP or Oracle.
Work Environment and Conditions:
Based in Gurgaon with a hybrid work model (if applicable).
Collaborative work environment with a focus on professional growth and development.
May require occasional travel for training or regulatory audits.
