The Senior QA Engineer will lead the validation and assurance of data integrity across all RTRA integrations. The focus is on testing large-scale data flows and transformations, particularly involving Salesforce, SAP, and JIRA data sources, using both manual and automated testing methods. Design, develop, and execute test plans for data pipelines, APIs, and integration workflows. Validate transformation logic and ensure consistent data quality between source and target layers. Build automated data comparison and regression testing scripts leveraging Python or SQL frameworks. Participate in continuous testing and validation cycles as part of CI/CD pipelines. Support UAT by preparing test data, executing validation scripts, and coordinating sign-offs. Required Skills & Experience ~6–10 years' experience in QA or data testing within enterprise integration environments. ~ Hands-on experience validating Salesforce and SAP datasets. ~ Proficiency in SQL, Python, and test automation frameworks (e.g., Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jenkins-based test automation. ~ Strong analytical skills to identify data mismatches and systemic errors.
