We’re building the next-generation AI Marketing Agent — an autonomous system that plans, creates, and manages campaigns for companies.We’re now looking for a Product Marketer who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty, test real campaigns, and shape how this product goes to market globally.What You’ll Do- Use and test the AI Marketing Agent to run live campaigns.- Discover improvement opportunities and work closely with developers to refine the product.- Craft product positioning, messaging, and differentiation for international B2B markets.- Build and execute GTM strategies that attract early adopters and generate leads.- Collaborate with AI, design, and content teams to execute launch campaigns.- Measure, analyze, and iterate based on performance data.You’ll Fit Right In If You- Have 4+ years of experience in Product or Growth Marketing for a B2B SaaS company.- Understand international markets (Europe experience is a plus).- Are fluent in using marketing automation or AI-based platforms.- Love working with product teams, giving feedback, and seeing ideas turn into features.- Thrive in fast-moving startup environments where there’s no hierarchy — only ownership.Why Falcon Reality- No hierarchy.
