Position: Backend Node.js Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development : Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend services using Node.js.
API Design & Implementation : Design and implement RESTful APIs, Web Socket-based communication, and integrate with various third-party services.
Database Management : Work with SQL and No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB, Postgre SQL, My SQL) to design e Micient schemas and write optimized queries.
Microservices Architecture : Build and maintain microservices to handle di Merent aspects of the application, ensuring that each service can scale independently.
Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and e Micient code while following best practices and development standards (e.g., TDD, BDD).
Performance Optimization : Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance for high tra Mic scenarios and low-latency requirements.
Collaboration : Work closely with frontend developers, Dev Ops engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features on time.
Security & Compliance : Ensure that security best practices are followed in code, data storage, and communication.
Troubleshooting & Debugging : Identify and resolve issues in the production environment, and perform root cause analysis.
Documentation : Maintain technical documentation to facilitate development, onboarding, and knowledge sharing across the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Experience : 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Node.js.
Strong Knowledge of Java Script/Type Script : Proficiency in Java Script and/or Type Script for server-side development.
Database Expertise : Solid experience working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB).
API Development : Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and Web Socket-based services.
Microservices & Distributed Systems : Familiarity with microservices architecture, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
Version Control : Proficient with Git and version control best practices.
Performance Tuning & Optimization : Understanding of performance bottlenecks, and ability to optimize applications for high scalability and responsiveness.
Testing Frameworks : Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing using frameworks like Mocha, Jest, or Chai.
Security Awareness : Knowledge of web security practices, including OAuth, JWT, and data encryption techniques.
Agile Methodology : Familiarity with Agile development practices, including sprint planning, standups, and code reviews.
Skill:
Cloud Platforms : Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure services.
Message Brokers : Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka, Rabbit MQ, or Redis for pub/sub architecture.
CI/CD Pipelines : Knowledge of setting up CI/CD pipelines with tools like Jenkins, Circle CI, or Git Lab CI.
Dev Ops Practices : Experience working with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Graph QL : Experience working with Graph QL APIs.
Containerization : Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment automation.
