About the Fellowship: The Ken Impact Fellowship provides a unique platform for aspiring leaders to develop critical skills in social impact, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability . Fellows will contribute to branding, fundraising, research, and community engagement , preparing them for future leadership roles in the social sector. What You’ll Gain: ✅ Skill Development: Hands-on experience in branding, content creation, project management, and stakeholder engagement. ✅ Real-World Exposure: Contribute to impactful projects and build networks with industry professionals. ✅ Leadership Growth: Develop the confidence and expertise to drive social change initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Project & Program Management – Conduct needs assessments, support planning, and execute sustainability initiatives. Communications & Branding – Create engaging digital content and strengthen outreach strategies. Fundraising & CSR Engagement – Draft fundraising proposals and connect with corporate leaders and donors. Stakeholder Engagement – Support events, donor meetings, and collaborations. Compliance & Reporting – Track impact, prepare reports, and ensure donor compliance. Innovation & Strategy – Research trends in CSR, education, and sustainability for program enhancement. Eligibility: ✔ Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or postgraduate degree in the social/development sector. ✔ Strong passion for social impact and sustainability . ✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. ✔ Willingness to travel for outreach activities. ✔ Proactive, self-driven learner.
