Job Summary:

We are looking for an API Developer to design and implement high-performance, scalable APIs. This role involves building and maintaining RESTful and SOAP APIs for seamless integration across systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust APIs using RESTful principles.
  • Implement API security mechanisms and handle authentication and authorization.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and backend teams to integrate APIs.
  • Ensure APIs are scalable, reliable, and perform optimally.
  • Document API usage and maintain proper versioning.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot API issues and improve API performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with API development and design.
  • Proficiency in web services (REST, SOAP) and API standards.
  • Experience with API management tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based API platforms (AWS API Gateway, Azure API Management).
  • Strong coding skills in languages like Python, Java, or Node.js.
