Brick & Bolt is a managed marketplace providing construction services. Construction has been a highly unorganized & severely tech-deficit industry globally. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive & super-broken market using our technology & processes. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited & Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. We are seeking dynamic, passionate, and driven individuals to join our design team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in 3D visualization, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. If you have a strong passion for architecture and design, coupled with the ability to create stunning 3D models and visualizations, we’d love to hear from you. Interpret architectural plans and design concepts to create accurate, visually appealing 3D models. ● Develop realistic, immersive 3D visualizations of buildings, exteriors using industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or D5 Render. ● Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to understand project visions and incorporate feedback into visualizations. ● Produce high-quality still images and animations for presentations, marketing materials, and project development. ● Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring the timely delivery of visualizations. ● Stay current on industry trends, new software tools, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and techniques. ● Troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to achieve desired visual outcomes. ● Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects and styles. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role. ● A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred. ● Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects. ● Expertise in 3D modelling software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp and rendering tools like Vray, Lumion, D5 render. ● A solid understanding of architectural principles and the ability to interpret blueprints and design concepts with precision. ● Proficiency in texturing, materials, lighting, and rendering techniques. ● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. ● A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality visualizations.
