Visit - Year of Experience – 3 to 5 years Job Location - Cyber City, Gurugram Salary Range - Best in the industry Job Summary: Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and expand our client base. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for services. Eligible to work on complete sales cycle. - Includes generating cold calls to get payments from the client. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to drive business growth. Present tailored solutions to clients, aligning with their risk management and sustainability needs. Organize and participate in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote Sparrow RMS’s solutions and services. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team. Work closely with internal teams (Software, engineering, and sustainability) to ensure seamless client experience. Collaborate with leadership to set quarterly and annual revenue goals and marketing objectives. Key Attributes: Client-centric mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs. Innovative and proactive in identifying market trends and business opportunities. Adaptable and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. Understanding of risk management, EHS, and industrial digitalization is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus). 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in risk management, engineering services, or a related B2 B industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team.
