Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant – Core HR & Compensation Location: Type: Contract | Experience: 5–10 years Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Core HR & Compensation) to lead requirement workshops, configure modules, support testing/go-live, and partner with HR & IT teams to deliver scalable solutions. Lead requirement gathering for Core HR & Compensation modules. Perform fit-gap analysis and define solution designs. Configure enterprise structures, worker/assignment setups, compensation plans & budgets. Support unit/system/UAT testing, training, go-live and post-go-live activities. 5+ years Oracle Cloud HCM experience (Core HR & Compensation). ~ Strong configuration experience and solid understanding of HR & compensation processes. ~ Good knowledge of HCM data, security, and global HR practices. ~ Oracle HCM certifications. Experience in multi-country/global rollouts. Familiarity with Workforce Compensation, Absence, Work Structures. Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, BI/OTBI, Fast Formulas, security modelling. Consulting/client-facing experience.
