Technical and Domain Knowledge
Understanding of SDLC :
Expertise in managing end-to-end software development processes.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies.
Technical Knowledge :
Solid understanding of . NET Core MVC and Flutter to facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders.
Knowledge of backend systems, APIs, and front-end mobile and web application architecture.
ERP and Construction Industry Knowledge :
Prior experience in ERP development , particularly for the construction industry , is a significant plus.
Familiarity with Saa S architecture and deployment models.
Project Management Skills
Planning and Scheduling :
Ability to define project scope, create detailed work plans, and manage timelines and budgets.
Risk Management :
Proficient in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks in the project lifecycle.
Resource Management :
Capacity to allocate resources effectively across a 20-person team.
Experience managing cross-functional teams with developers, testers, and designers.
Stakeholder Management :
Strong skills in reporting to stakeholders, including progress, roadblocks, and key metrics.
Tool Proficiency :
Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is helpful.
Leadership and Soft Skills
Team Leadership :
Proven ability to mentor and inspire a diverse team.
Experience in building a collaborative and productive work culture.
Problem-Solving :
Analytical mindset to address technical challenges and team dynamics effectively.
Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams.
Adaptability :
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Capacity to pivot as business and project requirements evolve.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications :
PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials demonstrate project management expertise.
Additional certifications in Agile or Dev Ops are a bonus.
Experience :
8-10 years of experience in software development or project management.
Prior experience managing teams of a similar size or larger.
Results-Oriented :
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while meeting quality benchmarks.
