Administrative assistant coordinator

Job Summary:
We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant & Follow-up Coordinator to provide administrative support and ensure timely follow-up on tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
1. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and coordinate meetings, agendas, and minutes.
3. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
4. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
5. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Follow-up Coordination
1. Track and follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines.
2. Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
3. Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Identify and escalate potential delays or issues.
5. Maintain follow-up records and reports.
Special Projects
1. Assist with projects, events, and initiatives as needed.
2. Conduct research and data analysis.
3. Prepare reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong follow-up and tracking skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Effective follow-up and tracking.
- High level of organizational efficiency.
- Strong communication and teamwork.
