Just real-time answers, smart follow-ups, and seamless customer journeys Role Overview We’re looking for a Multimedia Generalist  who blends creativity, design, and motion. You’ll create compelling static and video content for digital campaigns combining visual design skills with storytelling and motion graphics. A plus if you’re experimenting with AI creative tools. Key Responsibilities Design engaging digital creatives (static, GIFs, and videos) for social media, ads, and brand campaigns. Conceptualize and animate brand stories, explainer videos, and short-form content. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals. Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across projects. Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging AI tools. Manage timelines and deliverables efficiently. Required Skills Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Figma, Canva (for design adaptation and layout work) Strong understanding of color, typography, and motion principles Video editing and animation skills Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ownership of work Good to Have Experience with AI-driven design tools  like Midjourney, RunwayML, Leonardo.Ai, or Pika Labs Familiarity with text-to-image  and image-to-video  generation models Knowledge of automation tools or creative workflows using AI Desired Profile 2–4 years of experience in both graphic and motion design Strong portfolio (mandatory) showcasing static and motion work Experience with FMCG, D2C, or B2B/SaaS brands preferred Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Perks & Benefits PF Flexible working hours Work-from-home Opportunity to explore and use emerging AI design tools
