Role : D365 F&O SCM Consultant Location : Remote Position : Contract Duration : 3 months (extendable) Working Time zone : GMT (UK Time zone) Key Responsibilities Experienced Dynamics 365 (D365) F&O SCM Consultant with a strong background in retail Design, implement, and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to retail business Regular status meeting with Line managers and other client stake holders Primary Role Deliverables Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design end-to-end solutions using Dynamics 365, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with other systems. Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, third-party applications). Ensure seamless integration between D365 ERP, POS, and WMS to support retail operations. Provide functional leadership and guidance to support teams throughout the project lifecycle. Act as a functional advisor to retail clients, providing insights and recommendations on D365 capabilities and best practices. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams. Personal Able to work under pressure and prioritize workload Methodical and conscientious Able to work with minimal supervision Key Skills Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 in Supply Chain & Management. Proven experience with D365 modules (Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, WMS, Master Planning). Deep understanding of supply chain processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, demand planning etc.) Specific experience in the retail industry is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in working in multi-stakeholder including 3rd Party team. Flexible with the ability to deliver under high pressure. Proactive, strong-minded, quick thinker and assertive. A mature and professional individual who is self-motivated and enthusiastic. Excellent communicator, influencing skills Able to communicate with all levels of management and peers within and outside of the organization Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with LCS Knowledge of ISVs or add-ons for supply chain Additional certifications in Azure or related technologies are desirable
